Rust Blocker Undercoat is a clear high performance durable coating that protects all metal, fiberglass, concrete and wood surfaces from rust and corrosion. Formulated with advanced Nanotechnology, it provides a superior bond to treated and non treated surfaces. Rust Blocker Undercoat’s high temp formula makes it ideal for engine blocks, manifolds, headers, mufflers and tail pipes because it can withstand temperatures up to 400ºF with 3 or more coats. It provides added UV and rust protection to painted surfaces and dries to a high gloss finish. Clear color eliminates the need to mask off areasand it cleans up easily with solvent cleaner. Can be top coated with most paints.

Please read entire label before using product.
Preparation:
Make sure the surface to be treated is clean and dry.
Equipment:
Rust Blocker Undercoat can be applied with a brush or a spray gun. Brush - Natural bristle brush or 3/4” foam roller. Spray Gun - Airless spray system or HVLP automotive finishing guns, best to use a gravity feed HVLP, 20-50 pounds with a 1.4 to 1.5 tip.
Application:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
Brush - Apply an even coat on area to be protected. Recoat after surface is dry to touch after 5-10 minutes. Spray Gun - Spray an even coat on area to be protected. Pass nozzle about 8” to 12” from the surface in straight, short swipes. Recoat after surface is dry to touch after 5-10 minutes.
Important:
Use at room temperature.
DO NOT APPLY
at temperature under 70ºF. Multiple coats are recommended in severe environmental conditions.
* Not recommended as a finish coat for auto exteriors.
DANGER:
Harmful or fatal if taken internally. Flammable. Use adequate ventilation. Face shield, goggles or chemical goggles should be worn. Impervious gloves should be worn.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 60 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund. Refunds will be processed (1-2) days after the item is received by Speedway. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. A restocking fee up to 15% may be applied if items are not in new condition.
Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned need to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.
All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, DVDs, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.
