The box was opened, but the unit was never used or even hooked up. We bought it for our pool. We opened the box to show our elecrician and then realized it was a no go. We were super excited until we realized that we have spotty internet where we live and thick concrete walls. I mean under 10 mbps speeds, if we are lucky. Just wasn’t worth the trouble of running extenders. The company we bought it from kept giving us the run around on returning it, so I figured I would list it here.
