Trace the patterns in the book onto tracing paper (not included).  Retrace on the reverse side with an iron-on transfer pencil (not included).  Place a brown paper bag in between the pattern and iron on to help prevent scorching.  Then use a hot iron to "iron on" the pattern.  Paint with fabric paints (not included).
