Description

This used control head and control panel combo is in good working condition. It was tested and then removed from a working 1997 Hot Spring spa. It does not come with a key for the lock. THIS PART HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
This control head Watkins part number 71260 (backside of the control panel) is for 1997 Hot Spring Classic, Grandee, Jetsetter, Landmark, Prodigy and Sovereign. Also used on the third and fourth quarter 1996 Hot Spring Landmark and Summit spas with the Vista Series control box. This control head comes with the ribbon to connect it to the IQ 2000 control box The control head, located behind the control panel, consists of an electronic board and housing. The control head serves as an interface between the control panel and the IQ 2000 Control Box . The control head has the control thermostat, light dimmer, diagnostic LEDs and jet switches incorporated into it. When the control panel is used to activate one of these functions, the control head registers the command and sends a signal to the control box telling it to activate the chosen function.
Note: This control head/panel has a 16 pin receiver. In order for this control head to work, your control box must have a 16 pin connector. (See photos)
