This advanced heart rate monitor tracks your running, biking, swimming and more. It transmits heart rate data in real time via ANT + ® connectivity and Bluetooth® Low Energy technology. Receive consistent and accurate heart rate data on your compatible Garmin device, online training apps, such as Zwift, or compatible fitness equipment you use at the gym.
Keep track of running dynamics
In addition to heart rate, HRM-Pro captures running dynamics to help you improve the quality of your technique. It includes metrics such as vertical swing, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, left / right foot balance and more.
Store and forward your data
The device stores heart rate data during swimming or other activities while the watch is out of range, then sends the data to the watch when the activity is complete. It also stores steps, calories and intensity minutes and then syncs them with your watch.
Comfort and practicality
