Rohacell® 31 IG \ IGF (Industrial Grade Fine) has an Industry rating of 31 for density \ strength.
Rohacell® 31 IG \ IGF is considered the "general purpose" Rohacell®.
Rohacell
®
is often used as a sandwich solution with other composite materials including carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, aluminum and others to create a lighter weight \ stronger solution.
It is also environmentally friendly, RoHS certified and can be safely thermally recycled.

ROHACELL® is a closed-cell polymethacrylimide (PMI) foam that is ideally suited for strong, lightweight sandwich construction and has the highest strength to weight ratio of any foam material in the world. ROHACELL® is used in a variety of applications where light weight \ high strength is required and has the ability to be formed into a variety of shapes. ROHACELL® is initially created by combining two polymers of liquid which when cured and heated, turn into a solidified foam block. Using a precision cutting machine, ROHACELL® sheets can be sliced from the block which Clarasonic is capable of providing at our Thailand factory.
