This is a vintage Schwinn PulseMeter SPM 250
The box is worn but the unit has light markings but has been tested and works well when it is plugged in
The box states that it is rechargeable but it appears to need to be plugged in to work. (listed as for parts because of this) It may be possible to change out the battery
This includes:
Schwinn PulseMeter SPM 250
Ear lobe clip
Charging unit (appears to need to be remain plugged in)
Mounting bracket
