Waist:  13" measured flat across the waist band
Inseam:  28"
Outseam:  39"
Cuff opening:  8" measured flat across
Condition:  Very good preowned vintage.  Gorgeous indigo denim.  Sun fading on both edges where the jeans were folded from the hip to about the knee, more predominant on the right side.  This pair was washed maybe 2 to 3 times with little evidence of wear.
